Peter Jones was the only original investor to return for every episode of the first 20 British Dragon's Den series.
Jones joined the programme at its launch in 2005 and became one of its most recognisable long-term investors. His business background spans technology, media, leisure and consumer brands, giving him experience across several of the sectors represented by contestants.
The original panel changed over time. Duncan Bannatyne, Rachel Elnaugh, Doug Richard and Simon Woodroffe all left after the early series, while later line-ups introduced investors such as Theo Paphitis, Deborah Meaden and James Caan.
