Peter Jones was the only original investor to remain on every series of the UK show Dragon's Den.
Jones joined the original panel when the British programme premiered in 2005 and became its longest-serving Dragon. His business interests have included technology, media, retail and consumer brands, giving him a broad range of experience during pitches.
The original panel changed over time. Rachel Elnaugh and Doug Richard appeared in the first series, while Duncan Bannatyne and Peter Jones became particularly prominent early Dragons. Later series introduced investors including Deborah Meaden, Theo Paphitis, Touker Suleyman and others.
Being an original Dragon does not mean being the only investor from the first episode still associated with the programme.
