Peter Jones was the only original investor still on the Dragons' Den panel in 2024.
Jones joined the original panel when the British series began in 2005 and remained a Dragon through the programme’s later line-ups. His continued presence made him the panel’s longest-serving original member by 2024.
The other original Dragons—Duncan Bannatyne, Rachel Elnaugh, Simon Woodroffe and Theo Paphitis—left the programme at different times. Later investors, including Deborah Meaden, became strongly associated with the show, but they were not members of the launch panel.
