Which Dragon was known by the real name Keith Valentine Graham?

The Dragon known by the real name Keith Valentine Graham is Levi Roots.

Levi Roots is the stage name of Keith Valentine Graham, a Jamaican-British musician, chef and entrepreneur. He became widely known for his Reggae Reggae Sauce, a jerk-style sauce that developed from a family recipe and was presented to the Dragons' Den panel.

His appearance on the programme helped bring the product to a national audience. The sauce business later expanded into a wider range of Caribbean-inspired food products and restaurant ventures. Roots became one of the show's most recognisable entrepreneurs even though he was more commonly described as a successful pitchee than as a permanent investor Dragon.

The name Levi Roots is therefore not a separate person's legal identity. It is his professional and artistic name, used in music, television and food branding. Keith Valentine Graham remains the name used in biographical records.
