Hilary Devey, a Dragon on the BBC series Dragon's Den, founded the logistics network Pall-Ex.
Pall-Ex operates as a palletised freight network, connecting member transport companies so that pallet loads can be collected, consolidated and delivered across a wider distribution system. Devey built her reputation in logistics before joining television, giving her particular expertise in transport, operations and business expansion.
Pall-Ex is not a parcel-delivery brand in the narrow consumer sense. Its core business is freight handled through a network of hauliers and logistics partners. Devey joined Dragon's Den later than several established Dragons and became one of the programme’s most recognisable investor personalities.
