Sara Davies joined the British series Dragon's Den in 2019 as a successful craft-business entrepreneur.
Davies founded Crafter's Companion in 2005 while she was a student at the University of York. The company developed products and tools for papercrafting and other creative hobbies, eventually becoming an international craft-supplies business.
She joined Dragon's Den for its seventeenth series and brought specialist knowledge of product development, direct sales and craft retail. Her background differs from that of Dragons whose fortunes came primarily from property, finance or large retail chains.
Davies is sometimes confused with Kelly Hoppen or Jenny Campbell because all three joined after the original panel changed. However, Davies is the Dragon connected specifically with Crafter's Companion and the 2019 appointment.
