Which Dragon joined the British programme Dragon's Den in its third series?

Deborah Meaden joined the British programme Dragon's Den in its third series.

Meaden is an English businesswoman and investor whose family business background included holiday parks. She became one of the programme's best-known Dragons after joining the panel, bringing experience in consumer businesses, leisure and retail to the den.

Her arrival was part of the evolving cast rather than the original first-series line-up. That distinction matters because the programme has repeatedly refreshed its panel while retaining its central format. Meaden is often described simply as a television personality, but her role on Dragon's Den is based on evaluating real proposals, negotiating terms and deciding whether the commercial opportunity fits her investment interests.
