Peter Jones has been an investor on every series of the British programme Dragons' Den.
Jones is a British entrepreneur and businessman whose interests have included technology, telecommunications, retail and leisure. He joined the original panel when the British series began and remained the sole original Dragon to appear throughout the programme's run.
The panel has changed substantially over time. Investors including Deborah Meaden, Theo Paphitis and Duncan Bannatyne became strongly associated with the programme, but they did not appear in every series. That changing line-up is why the wording “every series” identifies Jones rather than simply naming a famous Dragon.
Jones is also recognisable on screen for his tall stature and business-focused questioning. His continuous presence gives the British version a link between its original panel and later generations of investors.
