Which Dragon founded Crafter's Companion before joining BBC's Dragons' Den?

Sara Davies founded Crafter's Companion before joining BBC's Dragons' Den.

Davies started Crafter's Companion in 2005 while she was a student at the University of York. Her first major product was a tool designed to help crafters make envelopes for handmade cards, solving a practical problem in the growing papercraft market.

The company developed into a craft-supplies business selling tools, materials and equipment internationally. Davies joined Dragons' Den as an investor in 2019, bringing direct experience of building a product company from a small idea into a substantial enterprise.

Crafter's Companion is not connected to the television programme's production. The similar language can cause confusion because both involve crafting pitches and entrepreneurial products, but the company was established years before Davies became a Dragon.
