Which Dragon became the youngest investor ever to join the UK version of Dragon's Den?

Steven Bartlett became the youngest investor ever to join the UK version of Dragon's Den.

Bartlett joined the BBC panel in 2022, at the age of 29. His appointment brought a younger technology and digital-business perspective to the programme. He is known as the co-founder of Social Chain, a social-media marketing company, and as the host of The Diary of a CEO podcast.

His background differs from that of several long-serving Dragons, many of whom built careers in retail, property, manufacturing or traditional consumer businesses. Bartlett's expertise is closely associated with online communities, social platforms and modern brand building.

The distinction is about age at the time he joined, not about being the youngest entrepreneur ever to appear on the programme. Entrepreneurs have appeared at many different ages, but Bartlett holds the cited record for joining the investor panel.
