Theo Paphitis became the first Dragon to return to the BBC programme after leaving the panel.

Paphitis is one of the programme’s best-known early Dragons because of his retail background and direct negotiating style. His business interests included Ryman and other consumer brands, giving him experience in both acquiring companies and assessing products aimed at mass-market customers.
