Which dragon aspect is the queen of the red dragonflight?

Alexstrasza is the queen of the red dragonflight. Known as Alexstrasza the Life-Binder, she is also one of Azeroth’s Dragon Aspects and the guardian associated with life and renewal.

The titans empowered the Dragon Aspects to protect and guide Azeroth’s dragons. Alexstrasza leads the red dragonflight, whose members are traditionally connected with healing, vitality, and the defense of living creatures. Her home and the red flight’s primary sanctuary include the Ruby Sanctum and the Ruby Lifeshrine, depending on the era and game content being discussed.

The other options are Dragon Aspects from different flights. Malygos was associated with the blue dragonflight, Nozdormu with the bronze dragonflight, and Ysera with the green dragonflight. Alexstrasza first appeared in Warcraft II in 1995 and later became a prominent non-player character in World of Warcraft, especially during Wrath of the Lich King and Dragonflight.
