Which company produces the BBC's UK edition of Dragon's Den?

BBC Studios produces the BBC's UK edition of Dragon's Den.

BBC Studios is the BBC's commercial production and distribution business. It developed from the BBC's in-house production operations and supplies programmes for the BBC and other broadcasters around the world.

Dragon's Den is a studio-based factual-entertainment format built around entrepreneur pitches, investor questioning and negotiated business deals. Its production requires casting entrepreneurs, researching their companies, filming the pitch sessions and documenting what happens after filming.

People sometimes confuse BBC Studios with the BBC television channel that broadcasts a programme. The broadcaster and the production business are related but perform different roles. Dragon's Den has also been associated with MediaCityUK in Salford, while its international adaptations are produced by local companies.
