Which company produced the animated film Ice Age?

Blue Sky Studios produced the animated film Ice Age.

Founded in 1987, Blue Sky Studios became known for computer animation and visual-effects work before making its first feature film, Ice Age, in 2002. The studio was based in Greenwich, Connecticut, and operated under the ownership of 20th Century Fox.

Ice Age’s success established Blue Sky as a major animation label. The studio went on to produce the Ice Age sequels, Robots, Horton Hears a Who!, Rio, and other animated features.

Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar, and DreamWorks Animation are separate companies and did not produce the original Ice Age. Disney’s acquisition of 21st Century Fox eventually brought Blue Sky into Disney’s corporate family, but that later ownership change does not alter the film’s original producer.
