Which company did Sara Davies found before joining BBC's Dragon's Den?

Sara Davies founded Crafter's Companion before joining BBC's Dragon's Den.

Davies established the craft-supplies company in 2005 while studying at the University of York. Her first product was a device designed to help crafters make envelopes of different sizes using a scoring board. She developed the idea after seeing a similar product at a trade show in the United States.

Crafter's Companion expanded from a small student venture into an international craft brand selling tools, materials, books and digital resources. Davies became known for her business expertise and her links to the crafting community before joining the Dragon's Den investment panel.

Crafter's Companion is sometimes confused with Davies's later television work or with other Dragons' companies. The company is the venture she founded herself, rather than a business she merely invested in.
