Which company did James Caan found as a recruitment business before joining Dragon's Den?

The story behind the answer

James Caan founded Alexander Mann Solutions as a recruitment business before joining Dragon's Den.

Alexander Mann Solutions began in 1986 as a recruitment consultancy founded by Caan. It later developed into a global talent-acquisition and workforce-management company, working with large organisations on recruitment processes and related services.

Caan became a Dragon on the British programme in its fourth series, bringing experience from recruitment, investment and private equity. He subsequently founded Hamilton Bradshaw, an investment firm named after his daughters' middle names. That later firm is therefore connected with Caan, but it was not the recruitment company he originally founded.

The two business names are commonly mixed up because both are strongly associated with his career. Alexander Mann Solutions refers to the operating recruitment business, while Hamilton Bradshaw refers to his investment platform and investment activities.
