Which company developed Mortal Kombat 11?

NetherRealm Studios developed Mortal Kombat 11.

Mortal Kombat 11 is a fighting game developed by NetherRealm Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. It was released in 2019 for platforms including PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Windows, with additional versions released later.

The game’s story centers on Kronika, the Keeper of Time, who attempts to reshape history. The plot brings together different versions of several characters and follows events after Mortal Kombat X. Its gameplay includes customizable variations, Fatal Blows, and returning Fatalities.

NetherRealm Studios was formed from the development team formerly known as Midway Games Chicago after Warner Bros. acquired Midway’s assets. Because of that history, some older references identify earlier Mortal Kombat games with Midway, but Mortal Kombat 11 was made by NetherRealm Studios.
