Fatal Blow is Mortal Kombat 11’s one-use super move available when a fighter has low health.
A Fatal Blow is a cinematic attack that can be attempted when a character’s health falls below a critical threshold. It deals substantial damage and shows dramatic internal-impact sequences, but it can be used only once per match. If it misses or is blocked, the player must wait before trying again, depending on the game’s rules.
Fatal Blows replaced the X-ray-style super attacks used in Mortal Kombat X while preserving the series’ emphasis on highly cinematic damage effects. Their availability gives a losing fighter a possible comeback tool without making the move automatically successful.
Fatal Blow should not be confused with a Fatality. A Fatality is a post-match finishing sequence performed after winning, whereas a Fatal Blow is a combat move used during the fight. Krushing Blows are separate enhanced attacks triggered by specific conditions.
