Which company developed Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for the PlayStation Portable?
Answer
Kojima Productions
Answer
Kojima Productions
Kojima Productions developed Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for the PlayStation Portable.
Released in 2010, Peace Walker was directed and written by Hideo Kojima and created by the team at Kojima Productions. The game follows Big Boss, then known as Snake, in 1974 as he builds the military organization that will become Outer Heaven.
Peace Walker expanded the series with mission-based structure, base management, recruitment, weapon development, and cooperative play. Although it was designed for Sony’s handheld system, its story was treated as an important canonical chapter between Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and the later Big Boss-era games. The title is sometimes confused with Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops, another portable entry, but the two games were developed in different contexts and occupy different places in the series’ release history.
