Rome is the main setting of Assassin's Creed Brotherhood.
Released in 2010, the game continues Ezio Auditore's story after Assassin's Creed II. Much of the action takes place in Rome, where Ezio works to weaken the Borgia family and rebuild the Assassin Brotherhood.
The game presents a large version of Renaissance Rome, including landmarks such as the Colosseum, the Pantheon, and Castel Sant'Angelo. Ezio can recruit and train Assassins, who may later assist him during missions.
Florence and Venice are strongly associated with Assassin's Creed II, which makes them common incorrect answers. Constantinople, meanwhile, is the principal setting of Assassin's Creed: Revelations. Brotherhood also introduced a competitive multiplayer mode, alongside its single-player campaign.
