Which city is the largest major location in Assassin's Creed Revelations?

The story behind the answer

Constantinople is the largest major location in Assassin's Creed Revelations.

The game is set primarily in Constantinople during the early sixteenth century, when the city was the capital of the Ottoman Empire. Ezio Auditore travels there to search for keys connected to Altaïr's legacy and becomes involved in political tensions among Ottoman and Byzantine factions.

Revelations was released in 2011 and includes districts such as Galata, Constantine, Bayezid, and Imperial. The city is connected by streets, rooftops, markets, and waterways, while the surrounding Cappadocia sequence expands the historical setting beyond the capital.

Constantinople is the historic name used in the game's setting; the city is now generally called Istanbul. It should not be confused with Rome, which dominates Brotherhood, or Alexandria, which is one of the important locations in Origins. Revelations also alternates between Ezio's story and playable sections featuring Altaïr.
