In The Little Mermaid, the character who sings “Kiss the Girl” is Sebastian.

Sebastian is the Jamaican-accented crab who serves as King Triton’s adviser and court composer. In the film, he performs the romantic calypso-style number while Ariel and Prince Eric sit together in a small boat.
