Which character is the younger brother of Nancy Wheeler?

Mike Wheeler is the younger brother of Nancy Wheeler. He is played by Finn Wolfhard and is one of the central members of Stranger Things’ original group of friends.

Mike is the middle Wheeler child: Nancy is older, while Holly is his younger sister. His parents are Karen and Ted Wheeler, and the family lives in Hawkins, Indiana. The age relationship is established early in the series, although the siblings’ relationship changes as Mike becomes absorbed in supernatural events and Nancy investigates them separately.

Mike is also closely connected to the show’s main mythology. He helps search for Will Byers, shelters Eleven, and often acts as the group’s emotional and strategic leader. In the boys’ Dungeons & Dragons party, he is usually the Dungeon Master and is associated with the Paladin character.

A common mix-up is confusing Mike with Lucas, Dustin, or Will, who are his friends rather than relatives. Nancy also has a younger sister, Holly, but Holly is Nancy’s sister—not her brother.
