Which character is the central protagonist of Assassin's Creed III?
Answer
Connor Kenway
Answer
Connor Kenway
Connor Kenway is the central protagonist of Assassin's Creed III.
Connor's birth name is Ratonhnhaké:ton, and he is the son of Templar Haytham Kenway. Raised among the Kanien'kehá:ka, he becomes an Assassin during the American Revolution and seeks to protect his people while opposing the Templars.
The game is set mainly in the 18th-century American colonies, including Boston, New York, and the frontier. Historical figures such as George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, and Charles Lee appear in the story. Connor also uses the homestead as a base for developing a community.
Connor is often called Connor Kenway to distinguish him from his birth name and from other Kenways. His father, Haytham, is a major playable character during the opening sequence, but he is not the game's main Assassin protagonist.
