James Caan joined the British Dragon's Den panel in 2007 after appearing as a guest Dragon.
Caan is a British-Pakistani entrepreneur and investor whose business career focused strongly on recruitment. He founded Alexander Mann Solutions, a recruitment and outsourcing company, and later became associated with investment in growing businesses. His experience in recruitment and private investment shaped the questions he asked entrepreneurs on the programme.
