Which Beyoncé song features Jay-Z and opens with the famous “uh-oh” vocal refrain?

Beyoncé’s song featuring Jay-Z and opening with the famous “uh-oh” vocal refrain is “Crazy in Love.”

Released in 2003, “Crazy in Love” was the lead single from Beyoncé’s debut solo album, Dangerously in Love. Jay-Z contributes a rap verse, and the song prominently samples the horn figure from “Are You My Woman (Tell Me So)” by the Chi-Lites.

The track was written by Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Rich Harrison, and Eugene Record. Its energetic production, brass hook, and dance-focused music video helped establish Beyoncé’s solo sound separately from Destiny’s Child.

“Crazy in Love” topped the Billboard Hot 100 and won two Grammy Awards at the 46th ceremony: Best R&B Song and Best Rap/Sung Collaboration. Listeners sometimes confuse it with “Drunk in Love,” another Beyoncé-and-Jay-Z duet released more than a decade later.
