Which award category did Michelle Williams win for Dying for Sex at the 2026 SAG Awards?
Answer
Female Actor in a Television Movie or Limited Series
Michelle Williams won Female Actor in a Television Movie or Limited Series for Dying for Sex at the 2026 SAG Awards.
The category covers performances in television movies and limited or anthology series, rather than continuing drama or comedy series. Williams’s win recognized her portrayal of Molly Kochan in the FX miniseries Dying for Sex.
The category was one of the television program’s individual awards. Owen Cooper won the corresponding male category for Adolescence, while Keri Russell and Catherine O’Hara won the female drama and comedy categories respectively.
Award reports sometimes use shortened language such as “limited-series actress.” The official category name was longer and specifically included television movies, making the complete wording the most precise answer.
