Answer
Assassin's Creed Origins
Answer
Assassin's Creed Origins
Assassin's Creed Origins was the first Assassin's Creed game to use ancient Egypt as its primary historical setting.
Released in 2017, Origins follows Bayek of Siwa, a Medjay whose personal quest leads toward the formation of the Hidden Ones, the organization that becomes the Assassin Brotherhood. The game is set during the late Ptolemaic period, including the reign of Cleopatra VII and the rise of Julius Caesar.
Origins is sometimes mistaken for Odyssey because both games explore the ancient Mediterranean and use role-playing systems. Odyssey is set mainly in fifth-century BCE Greece, while Origins is set centuries later in Egypt. Mirage, released afterward, returns to ninth-century Baghdad and focuses on Basim Ibn Ishaq.
