Which Assassin's Creed game stars twin Assassins Jacob and Evie Frye?

The story behind the answer

Assassin's Creed Syndicate stars the twin Assassins Jacob and Evie Frye.

Released in 2015, Syndicate is set in London during the Industrial Revolution. Jacob and Evie travel from Crawley to the capital and challenge Templar control over institutions, criminal networks, and industrial power. Their shared campaign gives the game two playable leads with different personalities and abilities.

Jacob generally emphasizes direct combat and gang leadership, while Evie is more closely associated with stealth and searching for pieces of Eden. Players can switch between them during much of the main game, although some missions specify which twin must be used.

The Frye twins are often discussed alongside the game's depiction of Victorian London, its train-based hideout, and the Rooks gang. Syndicate should not be confused with Unity, which follows Arno Dorian in revolutionary Paris. Jacob and Evie are siblings, not alternate names for one protagonist.
