Which Assassin's Creed game is set primarily in Ptolemaic Egypt?

The story behind the answer

Assassin's Creed Origins is set primarily in Ptolemaic Egypt. The game follows Bayek of Siwa and Aya during the first century BCE, when Egypt was ruled by the Ptolemaic dynasty and political power was contested by Cleopatra and Ptolemy XIII.

Origins presents cities and regions including Alexandria, Memphis, Cyrene, and the Sinai. Its story examines the formation of the Hidden Ones, the organization that later becomes the Assassin Brotherhood.

The game also changed the series' design by adding role-playing systems, weapon levels, character progression, and a large open world. Bayek's eagle Senu provides an aerial view for scouting locations.

Origins is not set in ancient Greece or Viking-era England. Odyssey focuses on Greece in the fifth century BCE, while Valhalla follows a Viking-era story in ninth-century England and Norway.
