Answer
Assassin's Creed III
Answer
Assassin's Creed III
Assassin's Creed III is the series entry set primarily during the American Revolutionary War.
The historical campaign follows Ratonhnhaké:ton, a Kanien'kehá:ka man commonly known by the name Connor. The story takes place in the eighteenth-century British colonies and includes locations such as Boston and New York. The conflict between the Assassin Brotherhood and the Templars is woven into the wider revolutionary struggle.
The game also includes a major modern-day storyline involving Desmond Miles. Its frontier environments introduced hunting, tree-running, and a broader wilderness space alongside the urban missions. Naval missions appear as well, although ship combat is much more extensively developed in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag.
Assassin's Creed Rogue is also connected to the colonial-era setting and follows Shay Cormac, but its story centers on the Seven Years' War and the shift of a former Assassin toward the Templars. Unity instead focuses on the French Revolution.
