Which Assassin's Creed game is set mainly in ancient Greece and stars Kassandra or Alexios?

The story behind the answer

Assassin's Creed Odyssey is the game set mainly in ancient Greece and starring Kassandra or Alexios.

Released in 2018, Odyssey takes place during the Peloponnesian War in the fifth century BCE. Players choose either Kassandra or Alexios as the protagonist, though the two characters share the same family background and core narrative role.

The game expands the series' role-playing systems with dialogue choices, branching quests, equipment levels, and a large explorable Aegean world. It also includes naval travel and battles, continuing a feature strongly associated with earlier pirate-focused entries.

Odyssey is often confused with Origins because both are set in the ancient Mediterranean and use similar role-playing mechanics. Origins takes place in Ptolemaic Egypt and stars Bayek; Odyssey takes place in Greece and uses Kassandra or Alexios.
