Which Assassin's Creed game introduced the character Eivor?

The story behind the answer

Assassin's Creed Valhalla introduced the character Eivor.

Released in 2020, Valhalla follows Eivor, a Viking raider who leaves Norway and settles in England during the 9th century. The player can choose a masculine or feminine presentation for Eivor, while the character's name and core identity remain tied to the same protagonist.

Eivor's settlement, Ravensthorpe, becomes the base for alliances and exploration. The story also brings Eivor into contact with the Hidden Ones and their enemies, continuing the broader Assassin–Templar conflict through the period's political struggles.

Valhalla is distinct from Odyssey, whose central selectable protagonists are Kassandra and Alexios. It is also different from Origins, which follows Bayek. Eivor's setting, Viking culture, and ninth-century England give the game its separate historical identity.
