Which Assassin's Creed game first introduced the ship Adéwalé commands as the Experto Crede?
Answer
Assassin's Creed Freedom Cry
Answer
Assassin's Creed Freedom Cry
Assassin's Creed Freedom Cry is the game in which Adéwalé commands the Experto Crede.
Freedom Cry is a standalone expansion to Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. Its protagonist is Adéwalé, a former slave who became a pirate and Assassin after serving as quartermaster aboard Edward Kenway's ship, the Jackdaw. Years later, Adéwalé travels to Saint-Domingue, where a shipwreck leaves him separated from the Assassin Brotherhood and drawn into a campaign against slavery.
The expansion is set in the Caribbean in the eighteenth century, primarily around Port-au-Prince. Adéwalé uses the ship Experto Crede to travel and support missions. The title focuses more directly on slavery and resistance than most earlier series entries, and its gameplay includes liberating enslaved people and building support among Maroons.
Black Flag introduced Adéwalé, but Freedom Cry gives him the starring role. The expansion first appeared as downloadable content in 2013 and was later released as a standalone title.
