Arno Dorian is the main protagonist of Assassin's Creed Unity.
Arno is a French Assassin whose story unfolds in Paris during the French Revolution. After the death of his adoptive father, François de la Serre, Arno joins the Assassin Brotherhood and investigates a conspiracy involving Templars and other powerful figures.
Assassin's Creed Unity was released in 2014 and is known for its detailed recreation of revolutionary Paris. The city includes landmarks such as Notre-Dame, the Louvre, and the Bastille, while the campaign emphasizes social stealth, cooperative missions, and customizable equipment.
Élise de la Serre is a major character and Arno's childhood companion, but she is not the player character. Victor Dorian is Arno's biological father, while Pierre Bellec is an Assassin mentor. These names can cause confusion because each is closely tied to Arno's personal history.
