Levi’s collaborated with Supreme on repeated jeans and jacket collections.
The partnership brought Supreme’s branding and streetwear approach to Levi’s denim staples, including jeans, trucker-style jackets, and other apparel. Levi’s is one of the world’s best-known denim companies, founded in San Francisco during the nineteenth century and associated with the blue-jeans category.
This collaboration can be confused with Supreme’s work with other American apparel and workwear companies. Carhartt, for example, has also collaborated with Supreme, but its association is especially strong with chore coats and overalls. Levi’s is the denim specialist in this comparison.
Supreme’s apparel partnerships often reinterpret familiar basics rather than inventing entirely new garment categories. The Levi’s releases therefore paired recognizable denim construction with limited-edition graphics, colors, and co-branding.
