Which alien race shouts 'Exterminate!'?

The alien race that shouts “Exterminate!” is the Daleks. This harsh command is their signature battle cry in Doctor Who, reflecting their relentless hatred of other life-forms and their desire to dominate the universe.

The Daleks were created by writer Terry Nation and first appeared in the 1963 serial “The Daleks.” They are mutated inhabitants of the planet Skaro, encased in distinctive armored travel machines. Their design combines a domed head, eyestalk, weapon appendage and manipulator arm, making them instantly recognizable even outside the television series.

“Exterminate!” is most strongly associated with the Daleks, although other Doctor Who villains can also threaten or attack the Doctor. Weeping Angels rely on time-displacement, Sontarans are military clones, and Cybermen seek conversion and emotional removal. None has the same catchphrase or vocal delivery as the Daleks.
