Which actor voices Chicharrón in Pixar’s Coco?

Edward James Olmos provides the English voice of Chicharrón in Pixar’s Coco.

Chicharrón is a skeleton in the Land of the Dead and a friend of Héctor. His storyline helps demonstrate what happens to the dead when nobody in the living world remembers them. The character’s fate gives the film one of its clearest and most poignant examples of fading memory.

Edward James Olmos is an American actor known for substantial film and television work, including roles connected with Latino representation. His participation is part of Coco’s broad English-language voice cast.

Chicharrón is a supporting character, so viewers may remember the major voices more readily. That makes his performer a useful cast-credit detail distinct from the actors who voice Miguel, Héctor, or Ernesto de la Cruz.
