Which actor voiced Bayek in Assassin's Creed Origins?

Abubakar Salim voiced Bayek in Assassin's Creed Origins.

Salim provided the voice and performance for Bayek of Siwa, a Medjay and the game's central protagonist. Bayek lives in Ptolemaic Egypt and becomes involved in the events that lead to the formation of the Hidden Ones, the organization that later develops into the Assassin Brotherhood.

Bayek's story is closely tied to Aya, his wife and fellow founder of the Hidden Ones. The game explores their response to political conflict, personal loss, and the influence of the Order of the Ancients. Origins was designed as a major transformation of the series, adding role-playing systems, loot, levels, and a large open world.

Salim is sometimes confused with actors who portrayed other Assassin's Creed characters. Roger Craig Smith voiced Ezio Auditore, while Michael Fassbender played Aguilar de Nerha in the 2016 film. Origins was released in 2017.
