The Lost Boys earned Ali Louis Bourzgui the 2026 Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Musical.
Bourzgui won for playing David in The Lost Boys, one of the original musicals competing at the 79th Tony Awards. The featured-actor musical nominees also included André De Shields for Cats: The Jellicle Ball, Bryce Pinkham for Chess, Ben Levi Ross for Ragtime, and Layton Williams for Titaníque.
The Lost Boys had a major presence at the ceremony, receiving 12 nominations, tied for the highest nomination total with Schmigadoon!. Its other acting winner was Shoshana Bean, who received the featured-actress award for her performance as Lucy Emerson.
This result is distinct from the leading-actor category, which went to Joshua Henry for Ragtime. The Tony categories separate leading and featured performances, even when performers appear in the same production.
