Where does Tony Stark AKA "Iron Man" call home?

Tony Stark, also known as Iron Man, calls Malibu home. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, his spectacular cliffside mansion is identified as being at 10880 Malibu Point in Malibu, California.

The house reflects Stark’s wealth, engineering talent, and public image. It contains his advanced workshop, artificial-intelligence systems, laboratories, and the early versions of his Iron Man armor. The location also gives the character a dramatic setting overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

A common mix-up is confusing Stark’s home with the Avengers’ headquarters or Stark Tower in New York City. Stark Tower is an important Marvel location, but Malibu is his personal residence in the early Iron Man films. The mansion’s exterior was digitally created using footage of Point Dume, while much of the interior was filmed on soundstages.
