“Golden” was the winning song title at the 2026 Golden Globes.
The song won Best Original Song for a Motion Picture and appears in KPop Demon Hunters. The animated musical film’s success gave the song a prominent place among the ceremony’s film awards.
“Golden” is performed by the fictional girl group HUNTR/X in the film, with the vocal performances associated with the characters Rumi, Mira, and Zoey. The song’s victory reflects the Golden Globes’ recognition of original music written for a motion picture.
This award is not the same as Best Original Score. Original song honors a specific song, while original score honors the instrumental or orchestral music composed for the film. At the same ceremony, Ludwig Göransson won the score prize for Sinners.
