What was the real name of the entrepreneur known as Levi Roots on Dragons' Den?

The real name of the entrepreneur known as Levi Roots on Dragons' Den was Keith Valentine Graham.

Levi Roots is the professional name used by the Jamaican-British musician and food entrepreneur who became famous for Reggae Reggae Sauce. He adopted the name Levi Roots during his musical career, and it became inseparable from the food brand he later developed. His television appearance helped connect his music, personality and Caribbean culinary background with the product.

Knowing the birth name helps distinguish the entrepreneur from the brand itself. Reggae Reggae Sauce is a product, Levi Roots is the public name of the entrepreneur, and Keith Valentine Graham is his real name.

Roots's story is often summarised only as a successful sauce pitch, but his career already included music and community connections before the programme. The television appearance accelerated recognition of both the person and the business.
