What was the original title of the Assassin's Creed organization founded by Bayek and Aya?

The Hidden Ones is the original title of the organization founded by Bayek and Aya in Assassin's Creed Origins.

Bayek and Aya establish the Hidden Ones during the events of Origins after witnessing the damage caused by the Order of the Ancients. The new organization is designed to protect ordinary people and oppose abuses of power from the shadows. Its members adopt distinctive principles and methods that later define the Assassin Brotherhood.

Origins is set centuries before the earliest games in the series' historical chronology. The Hidden Ones therefore represent the beginning of the organized tradition that eventually becomes known as the Assassins. The game's ending and later material show how the group develops across different regions.

Players may answer “Assassins” because that is the familiar name of the later organization. However, Origins specifically calls the founding group the Hidden Ones, while the Order of the Ancients is their principal enemy in the game.
