What was the original title of the Assassin Brotherhood in Assassin's Creed Origins?

The original title of the Assassin Brotherhood in Assassin's Creed Origins is the Hidden Ones.

Bayek and Aya establish the Hidden Ones during the events of Origins. Their organization forms in response to the political and personal violence surrounding the Order of the Ancients, a secret group manipulating rulers and institutions. The Hidden Ones adopt methods and principles that later become recognizable as those of the Assassin Brotherhood.

The name reflects the group's early identity: members work from the shadows, protect vulnerable people, and oppose centralized domination. Origins therefore presents the Hidden Ones as the historical forerunners of the later Assassins rather than using the fully developed Brotherhood name from the beginning.

The organization is expanded in The Hidden Ones, a downloadable expansion released in 2018. Later games depict other stages of the tradition, including the Persian and Levantine groups that eventually connect to the familiar Assassin network.
