What was the name of the company founded by Dragons' Den investor Rachel Elnaugh?

The story behind the answer

The company founded by Dragons' Den investor Rachel Elnaugh was Red Letter Days.

Red Letter Days sold experience gifts, allowing customers to buy activities such as driving, flying and leisure experiences as presents. Elnaugh established the business in 1989 and later became one of the original Dragons on the British programme.

The company encountered financial difficulties and entered administration in 2005. It was subsequently acquired by Theo Paphitis and Peter Jones, who helped preserve the brand and continued its operation under new ownership.

Red Letter Days is sometimes confused with ordinary gift-card companies because its central product was not a physical item. Its distinctive model was the sale of bookable experiences presented as gifts.
