The 5th Street Gym was a celebrated boxing landmark in Miami Beach, Florida. Founded by boxing manager Chris Dundee in 1951, it became closely associated with his brother, trainer Angelo Dundee, who helped guide Muhammad Ali's career. Ali first trained there in December 1960, shortly before his professional career began and while he was still known as Cassius Clay.

The gym was more than a practice space. It became a meeting point for fighters, trainers, journalists and celebrities during Miami's golden age of boxing. Other notable boxers connected with the gym included Sugar Ray Leonard, Carmen Basilio, José Nápoles and Jimmy Ellis.

The original location stood at Fifth Street and Washington Avenue and closed in 1993.
