What was the name of Ariana Grande's 2019–2020 concert tour?

Ariana Grande’s 2019–2020 concert tour was the Sweetener World Tour.

The tour supported Grande’s fourth studio album, Sweetener, released in 2018, and her fifth album, Thank U, Next, released in 2019. Grande announced the tour in October 2018, and it began on March 18, 2019, in Albany, New York. Its final concert was held on December 22, 2019, in Inglewood, California.

Despite the “2019–2020” description sometimes used in trivia listings, the concert dates themselves ended in 2019. A live album recorded across the tour, K Bye for Now (SWT Live), arrived on December 23, 2019. A concert film, Ariana Grande: Excuse Me, I Love You, was released on Netflix in December 2020.

The tour visited Europe and North America, with opening support including Normani, Social House, and Ella Mai. It drew about 1.3 million attendees across 97 reported shows and became Grande’s highest-grossing tour at that point, surpassing the Dangerous Woman Tour.
