Victoria’s Secret & Co. began using the ticker symbol VSCO after separating from L Brands in 2021.
The separation created a standalone publicly traded company focused on Victoria’s Secret and PINK. L Brands, which had owned the business for decades, changed its own name to Bath & Body Works after the split.
VSCO is the company’s stock-market symbol on the New York Stock Exchange. It should not be confused with the similarly named photo-editing app, which is unrelated to the lingerie retailer.
The corporate separation reflected a strategic effort to give Victoria’s Secret a more focused identity and allow investors to evaluate it separately from Bath & Body Works. The transaction was completed in August 2021.
