The song used as the opening theme of the BBC television programme Dragons' Den is “Ya Mama”.
“Ya Mama” is a track by the English electronic musician Fatboy Slim, the stage name of Norman Cook. The song appears on Cook's 2000 album Halfway Between the Gutter and the Stars and is known for its energetic electronic production and repeated vocal hook. Its use gives the programme an immediately recognisable opening sound.
The track is sometimes confused with other Fatboy Slim songs, especially “The Rockafeller Skank” and “Right Here, Right Now”, both of which are also strongly associated with his career. Those songs are not the Dragons' Den opening theme. The programme itself first aired in the United Kingdom in 2005 and adapted the Japanese format Money Tigers.
